HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Greens VolunteersIt is our collective efforts that will ultimately determine the type of world that we leave for future generations. The stronger and louder our political voice and the more we support and network with other like-minded groups the more we will achieve change.

There are various ways of getting involved with the Greens. The most common is to become a member and then to attend local branch meetings. These meetings are your springboard to local campaigns and activities.

See our section on Local Branches.

In addition to Local Branches we have Activity Groups. These are groups of people working and campaigning on a specific issue or area of political interest

See our section on Activity Groups.

As a member you can receive notification of all Greens organised events and activities. Please see our page on joining the Greens if you wish to become a member.

There are many people who wish to be part of helping the Greens achieve political change who cannot effort the time to get involved at a party level. If you are one of these people please consider giving us a donation. Unfortunately election campaigns are expensive so financial contributions are an important part of our continued electoral success.

Non-members are welcome to Local Branch and Activity Group meetings. Please contact the convenor of the meeting you are interested in for the date and time of the next meeting or contact the office 8212 4888 for more information. So come along and see how we work and if you want to get involved in any campaign or activity we welcome everyone's input. Most upcoming events are publicised on this site.
